Who wants to help create a social networking site?

Hi everyone, I have been thinking about this long and hard and I have decided I would like to create a Social Networking Site, but I don't know where to start. I have the code and the files, but I don't know how to apply them and get the website to work. If anyone knows how, I would love to make this site a partnership and we will manage the site 50/50. All you have to do is help get the site up and running and then we will be the owners and hopefully it will grow. And, at first I would prefer a free web host until the site is getting really busy, then we can upgrade if we need to. Let me know if you are interested, I need someone with PHP experience and all of the code you need for these types of sites. Thanks.
